Below is the link to the parts list for your PC.
The power adapter part number and description is:
L56595-001 | SKO-180W ADPTR, PFC, SMART 7.4mm |
The power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter is sold separately.
M51844-001 | SKO-CORD C13 1.83M STKR CONV NA |
You can see if HP has the parts available by entering the part numbers in the search window at the link below:
You can also search on eBay by the power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter. Those usually come with the power cord included.

Please start a new discussion on upgrading the processor because I believe that it is complicated on those models.
You may need additional or different parts such as fans, heatsinks (if going from a 35W processor to a 65W processor or going from an Intel 12th Gen core processor to an Intel 13th or 14th gen core processor).
If you want to play it safe, upgrade to the Intel® Core™ i9-12900T.

I looked on here about upgrading my system with another cpu from the compatibility list... It doesn't need any new cooling system the one in the system will work just fine... I seen that on someone else discussion topic about the same asking about upgrading the cpu
