HP Elite 8200 CMT Xeon Compatibility

Hello everyone, this is not just and ask. I was long time researching for Xeon Compatibility with HP 8200 CMT with no results. After all i decided to try, and now I can confirm IT WORKS!.

I bought a Xeon E3 1270 (this one don't have graphics) to upgrade  the i3 2120 was by default, and it works perfectly like an i7.

So all of you that can be thinking about this option go for it. And note I'm running v2.29 bios versión.

Wonderful, thank you for sharing!  -Btw, UserBenchMark [dot] com is a wonderful tool to consult what computer components global users have been able to fit/found compatible on their PC platforms.  For example, here is a link to a user who successfully ran a Xeon E3-1270 on an HP 8200 Elite CMT and submitted his/her benchmark scores on October 26th, 2020:  https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/34610091.

Unfortunately not all Sandy Bridge Xeons are compatible.

I have Xeon E3-1260L and it does not work. It gives me Pre-video graphics error.

I tried it with bios versions v2.28 and v2.33.
