Dear Community,
We have several HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Desktop-Mini-PC that did run well for the last 2 years.
On some machines now the following problem occurs:
- the outer DP-socket doesen't deliver a display signal when plugged in with a DP to DVI-D adapter
- the inner DP-socket does
- running 2 monitors is only possible with the following setup:
- both monitors connected with DP to DP without adapter
- monitor on inner socket with DP-DVI-adapter outer with direct DP-DP connection
Has anyone experienced simliar issues?
Is it a driver issue or related to the graphics card?
The DP-DIV adapter we use is HP p/n 481409-002 or p/n 481409-001.
Thanks in advance for your support!

Hello everyone!
I figuered out where the problem was.
Using the older Intel Display Driver Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 with version 31.0.101.2121 instead of version 31.0.101.2125 solved the issue for me.
Now two displays with adapter (DP to DVI-D) run without problems.
Regards
