HP Recommended

My SFF has a Ryzen 3 2200G, (stock) with a Q16 bios.

However the SFF version of this Elitedesk supports Ryzen 7 Pro 2700, and I have one, but apparently the microcode is only on the Q19 bios.
How do I force update to Q19 ? everything I tried puts back the Q16 even if I have the bin file for Q19 😞

sp155455.exe is the bios firmware updater package

 

directions on updating are included in the SP package

 

since you failed to provide any information on the problem you are having other than (it didn't work) there is not much we can do other than to say read the included documentation
