Hello, I was using HP Elitepos 10.1 external display on my HP Engage One Pro AIO System computer. I saw that the external screen was not working on the computer one day. When I tested HP Elitepos on another computer, it worked. There is no problem, but when I plug it into the type c part of the computer it is connected to, it does not work. When I connect my iphone to the Type c adapter, it charges but does not transfer data.
When I click on Usb Type c Port in Hp Desktop Support Utilities
DisplayPort is not supported it is already attached in the picture. It does not work even though I have done all the updates in the hp support assistant!
Thanks for the help!
