Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I just purchased a HP monitor 25es and it is too bright and hurts my eyes.  I don't want to return it but need to find a way to turn down the brightness.  The instruction that came with the screen  is absolutely no help and doesn't seem to match my computer.

Can you help?

@Pikaki, welcome to the forum.

In the User Guide on Page 17 it explains how to open and use the On Screen Display (OSD).  The first item is Brightness.  Using it will allow you to change the brightness of the screen.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
