Hi all, I hope you're well. Greetings from Argentina. I have the same MSA. After a power outage, the storage didn't boot up. The Fault/Service Required LED on the back is blinking, and the drives won't power up. I've also found one of the power supplies faulty, which we've already replaced, and the controller batteries are dead. Tomorrow, we'll replace those batteries and see if that fixes it.
Could you give me any other recommendations if I can't resolve this issue? I've connected via SSH, but it seems the controllers are in a locked state. I haven't found anything in HP's documentation that resolves or isolates the problem.
