the electricity went out in the house. after the candy bar began to show on the screen hp sure start. and then goes to reboot. when pressing the buttons esc or f2. the line appears and is rebooted again. when replacing RAM, an inscription appears that the amount of memory has changed. it can hang for 10 minutes until you press enter. the same thing if you get the battery from the motherboard. winpe does not respond from a USB flash drive with booting. bios recovery via windows key and b is also nothing. what could have happened?

@treshek -- the amount of memory has changed.
The power "bump" may have deleted all the BIOS settings.
> it can hang for 10 minutes until you press enter.
As designed. If somebody has removed some RAM, without your permission, you need to know.
But, if the BIOS settings have been "lost", due to the power "bump", then just press ENTER.
> the same thing if you get the battery from the motherboard.
The same response.
> winpe does not respond from a USB flash drive with booting.
The "default" BIOS settings may not list any USB device as being eligible to be a "bootable" device.
> bios recovery via windows key and b is also nothing.
I doubt that the power "bump" would have damaged your BIOS setting.
> what could have happened?
A power "bump", either when the power went out, or when the power was restored.
