Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

I have a HP Prodesk 400 G3 SFF Business PC that won't boot, on powering up it bleeps twice with red light on power button followed by two bleeps white on power button. The two red bleeps are longer than the white bleeps. After repeating the above 5 times the audio stops and it continues to flash in the same sequence.

 

Can anyone tell me what this means.

if you look at the service manual for your model (why nobody seems to think of this escapes me)

 

you will see two major and two minor beeps is a corrupted Bios code error

using using google search for (there's another under utilised method) "bios recovery image"  you get link # 2
