Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch055na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have been using my spectre for work purposes for a few months now. Using a Docking Station to add multiple screens. Its been fine but recently we had a power outage and when power came back the monitors wouldnt connect. I can connect 1 monitor via the HDMI and it works fine. I bought another docking station online as i assumed that was the issue. The new one arrived and same issue, plug it in but nothing happens.
I have tried both docking stations on another cheaper laptop but neither will connect to that one either. any body have any ideas?
thank you!
