Posting in this board because I don’t know which board this is supposed to go in. I hope you can forgive me.
My HP Envy x360 2in1 Laptop came in late November with incredibly poor WiFi connectivity abilities. After being directed to the UK Whatsapp service, the assistant proceeded to give me directions in making the problem even worse, then declaring that the laptop needed a repair order. Later I find he never actually requested the repair order, just told me he did it and hoped for the best. After a second and a third attempt later at getting a repair order, HP finally cooperated and took my Laptop to get repaired. Though when it returned, the stylus which was attached to the side was gone.
Fourteen. I contacted HP Whatsapp fourteen times to try and get my stylus back. HP has admitted fault, has promised me many times that it will get resolved, assuring me that the issue has been raised with their priority concern group, giving me a rough time frame within which they promise me I will be notified by email about returning my stylus. The email never comes. Everything I have tried and said and done, HP Whatsapp “support” services simple don’t give a **bleep**. I regret buying from HP. If you are wondering whether to buy anything from HP, I warn you - you will be left in the dark.
So if there is anyone here who can help in any way, I am desperate for help. I refuse to spend £70 on a new stylus when HP has admitted that they are at fault. It seems their strategy is to he so incompetent that I give up and stop contacting them about it. I’m not giving up.
