Hi,

I just received a new HP T540 Thin client working under Thinpro 7.2

I have an issue with Firefox connexions.

The passwords are saved while Firefox is open but disappear when I close it.

I tried to modify the key enableUserChanges but it still doesn't work.

Please ca you help me with this issue ?

Hello Zorglub27,
Firefox has been configured this way by design. Incase you want to save the password on Firefox you can only do this while editing the connection.

While in Root/Admin >> Edit the connection and select "Preferences", click on "View/Edit This Connection's Own Preferences"

During the editing mode, open the website that you want to login, enter the username & password. Then click on Save when prompted. Close the browser and close the connection settings. Your username and password would be saved even after reboot. This needs to be performed again if password needs to be changed.

Hi Manu,

Many Thanks, it's work for me now.

I spent one day on this issue thanks for your help.

In the end it's a good way to do so that users can't modify anything on production terminals.

Best Regards
