HP T550

Hello,

Our company uses HP T550s for our users desktops. They will typically log into a remote system via MS RDS/Azure.

 

We are experiencing an issue where the users USB will randomly stop working. This forces the user to have to restart by pressing the front panel power button on the thin client. This seems to happen randomly but seems to be more common when engaging in a Teams meeting.  All of their USB peripherals including keyboards, mice, headsets and web cams all stop working until the system is restarted.

Any ideas on how to address and resolve this issue?
