Hey all, 

 

We ordered a bunch of T740 to upgrade our site from T730. We have an issue though, they came with 8.0 installed so I tried to downgrade it to 7.2 to function with our apps but when I do that it gets stuck at "Loading ThinPro..." and never leaves off the screen. I tried HPDM and USB to install 7.2 but cannot get it to take the image. When doing USB it will never get past "Loading Ukit".

 

What makes it more confusing, I can load 7.1 just fine. But 7.1 doesn't work for us.

 

Any suggestions?
