HP T630 Thin Client with Windows 10 64 IoT
After an initial complete user logon, unit randomly does not get past the Citrix Preparing Desktop screen (white screen), instead falling back to the user logon prompt after a few minutes. Deleting the local user profile fixes the issue, however after a few complete logons. the issue returns.
The issue is localized to a new build, ie same users can logon no issues as many times as they wish to other older builds.
Image built using OS and apps downloaded using HP Thin Update and all installed as per HPs guidelines with each readme. Captured to USB and deploying via USB to remove HODM from the equation. Unable to pinpoint where the issue lies. I am thinking Citrix DesktopLock, however I have removed and re-installed several times. I have also updated to latest 22 release of WorkSpaceApp with it’s version of DesktopLock, again to no avail. Same random failure issue.
Would really appreciate any assistance with a solution or point in the right direction. Ideally an alternative solution to Citrix DesktopLock may also be a better way to go if that is possible.
