to resolve this saved credential problem 

 

exit the Kiosk mode app

 

open Remote Desktop Windows app

 

type the server url or ip you are trying to connect

 

before connecting it will show a link to edit or delete the saved connection

Do you have write filtering enabled?  Otherwise the system is doing what it is supposed to.
