Product: HP t540 Thin Client (9MR33AV)
I don't know if HP support monitor these posts but I cannot seem to raise case / register so just trying here...
Anyway our HP Thin Clients have HP ThinUpdate to download different packages / add-ons etc. This has stopped working over the past couple of days because it appears app catalog file is downloads is corrupt or updated incorrectly.
The software is attempt to download the following file which if I try in a browser it also fails: -
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/tcimages/EasyUpdate/Images/addoncatalog.xml
So if anyone in HP monitor this can you raise with appropriate team and get them to fix please.
