Microsoft Windows 11

My workstation freezes several times per day. It will freeze (mouse does not move, audio sounds like Max Headroom) for a second or two and then unfreezes and everything is normal. Every driver and Windows update have been applied.

 

Happens maybe a dozen times over the course of a workday.

Disabled HP Windows Services and the problem went away for me.
