Product: HP Z2 Small Form Factor G5 Workstation (9FW01AV)

HP Z2 SFF G5 will not start. Blue light and fan come on for split second. I have tried power reset by holding power button in for 15+ seconds with all peripherals disconnected and power cord unplugged - then trying. I have held the CMOS button in for same amount with same procedure and no dice. I have tried both together and no go. Please - any help would be appreciated.
