An interesting question, but no clear answers.
The closest I got was this document which shows that HP stopped testing the Z220 CMT and SFF Workstations after Windows 10 Version 1909:

Which indirectly points to this Microsoft Windows 10 version 1909 end of servicing: Windows 10, version 1909 end of servicing (Enterprise and Education) - Microsoft Lifecycle | Microso..., where it says, quote: "Windows 10 version 1909 will reach the end of servicing on May 10, 2022."
Since HP still provides product specifications and drivers for the Z220 platforms, it appears to me that these desktops have not officially been declared 'dead', so to speak.
