Hi,
due to latency issues I want to downgrade my 01.63 Rev.A BIOS to a pre Spectre-fix version, but regardless which earlier version I try, I always get the error 0x0D when executing HPQFlash.
Any help highly appreciated.
Thanks
Axel

HP does not want you to downgrade to a insecure bios, as such they prevent it
while this can be bypassed, it's a procedure that can result in a dead board if you do not follow the steps exactly
since there is no benefit in downgrading i'm not going to post how to do this
if you think a pre spectre bios is desirable because it's faster, think again.. microsoft has implemented the same spectre fix in it's updates and if it detects your bios lacks this fix the MS fix will activate the exact same code under win 10
