HP Z4 G4 Workstation (1JP11AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the card following the instructions.
Firmware updated on reboot.
Now I can correctly view the video originating from the video card on the display, using the thunderbolt cable.
However, the data connection does not seem to work.
If I plug a thunderbolt disk into the thunderbolt port, it just isn't detected.
I can't find the driver to install to allow windows to identify thunderbolt hardware.
In fact I don't see the thunderbolt perfericha among those installed.

how can i proceed?

does the TBolt card options show in the Bios? if so   Under the TB3 entry in the BIOS there should be a option to force power to GPIO this should make the card show in device manager without anything connected to it

does the TBolt card show in device manager?

have you tried to hotplug the device attached to the TBolt card (disconnect then reconnect)

TBolt 3 will not work with TBolt 2 products unless the proper adapter is used
