I purchased a used HP Z4 G4 that was used by a business. I reset the bios and secure erased the onboard drive, however every time i try to install windows 10, the original company Microsoft login pops up during network setup. Is there anyway to completely reset the system so i can install my own windows? I am completely stuck at this point.

All current builds of windows from Microsoft's website or store bought now require a working internet connection and a microsoft account to install windows.
to bypass this simply disconnect or disable internet access by removing the network cable or disabling the wireless during the OS install this will force windows to allow you to create a local user profile
Or, visit the "HP cloud recovery" website and download the HP restore image for your system

It then simply states that i have to connect the internet to finish setup. Can’t continue with out that.
it seems that there is maybe something in the bios forcing the system to connect to the original owner’s network on Windows install. I have never run in to this before. How else would it know yo ask for that login.

again........................ALL network connections must be disabled this means the 10/100 wired cable AND THE WIRELESS CONNECTION must be disabled before starting the OS install
then you will be offered the "LIMITED SETUP" option on the left of the network connection screen
you will be prompted several times to use the online setup, each time select LIMITED SETUP
Limited Setup = local user account setup
