Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a HP Z440 running Windows 10 64 bit.  I am trying to update my TPM from 1.2 to 2.0 and following other threads, I downloaded SP87753 and ran that from an elevated command prompt.  The program appears to run fine saying it will update from TPM 1.2 version 4.43.257.0 to TPM 2.0 version 5.62.3126.0.  Remaining Updates: 64.  I accepted the check box and hit next and then it says something like preparing update and when finished, asks me to reboot.  I hit okay to reboot and at the bios, it asks me a TPM change is pending, hit F1 to accept, and I hit F1.  Then it says a firmware update is pending, hit F1 to accept and I hit F1.  Then the PC reboots and I’m back in Windows.  However, when I check TPM version under Device Manager, it still says TPM 1.2.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

Thank you!
