what is the best upgrade i can make for gaming avoiding bottlenecks

replace your video card, the current rx560 4GB card is a poor match for your current 3840x21600 UHD monitor
most current games require 6gb as a absolute bare minimum with 8gb now also becoming a limiting issue with a few games released in the 4th quarter of 23
i recommend a used nvidia 1080 8gb or the "TI" variant that has 11GB ram or the 2080 models anything newer is going to become rather pricey and not really a good value/match on your older system
