HP Z6G4 second CPU is not appearing despite not receiving any error masg.

CPU xeon 4108

RAM 32 gig.    8gig by 4

It has come up in the past here as the cause, and also in W10.

We may have lost Mbare2316...

 

The reason I asked that is because the Pro version of W10 and W11 can work with 2 processors but the Home version of both can only work with 1. This has been a cause of the same symptoms for other dual processor workstation users in the past.

sorry for the late reply . I am using window 11 pro for workstations and the processor is silver 4108
