are you talking about the ntel Network Connections Application software?
make sure that Intel® LAN software v22.3 or newer is installed.... this by default should also install the advanced intel network teaming software

you could also try teaming from a powershell window
New-NetSwitchTeam -Name "SwitchTeam01" -TeamMembers "Ethernet","Ethernet 2"
replace "SwitchTeam01" with a name that refers to your teaming of the NIC cards, then replace: "Ethernet", "Ethernet 2" with the name of the onboard NIC's as seen in "Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections window (again, have the latest intel proset package installed)
