Product: HP Z8 G4 Workstation

Using a Z8 G4 workstation configured with a HP Thunderbolt 3 PCIe 2-port I/O Card. Windows 10 (64) OS. Attempting to connect an OWC Express 4M2 external RAID via Thunderbolt 3. The Z8 does not see the OWC 4M2 RAID when connected. I have been using an Avid Artist DNxID via the thunderbolt 3 card for several years with the Z8 and it continues to operate normally. Tried disconnecting the Avid unit and connecting the OWC unit to the same cable and input and it still won't recognize the OWC 4M2. If I connect the OWC unit to the Thunderbolt 3 port on an HP Spectre 360 laptop it is recognized instantly. Please advise how I can get the Z8 to recognize and communicate with the OWC Express 4M2.

Problem Solved. Didn't know there was such a thing as the HP Thunderbolt Control Center. Selected "Always Connect" next to the OWC RAID and that was it.
