It appears, the chip wasn't the problem. Motherboard decided to give me a sign and beeped three times, which indicates a CPU failure in most cases, however, my chips worked perfectly in the first socket and both failed in second socket. So the issue appears to be with the second socket, which would explain the tightening issue.
