the 130 watt cpu's require the upgraded 3 heatpipe coolers, the 150 watt cpu's require the HP liquid cooling option
if using dual 130 watt cpu's HP requires the 1115 watt upgraded power supply
it's usually cheaper to simply buy a v2 motherboard bare bones z820 with the above items installed as the two of the 130 watt heat sinks plus the 115 watt supply will cost near a bare bones system
so buy a bare bones z820, then sell your existing z820 as a barebones or as parts to recoup most of the cost of your upgrade

@SDH, thanks for your input and suggestions and link of the Quck Specs Sheet, I need a couple of systems for video editing and graphic design so I'm gathering all the details for suitable upgrades, will update on that soon.
