I have an Z840 motherboard and 2 Intel Xeon E5-2660 v2 Processors are they both comparable and also dose this motherboard supports DDR3 RAM?

 2 Intel Xeon E5-2660 v2 Processors are they both comparable (you mean compatible with the z840 motherboard)

answer NO only v3/4

 

dose this motherboard supports DDR3 RAM?  

answer NO DDR4 only (ECC registered)
