Hi there,
I actually wanted to test Win11. There, however, the message came that I should turn on the security chip. Then I don't know what was coming, a query came up and then I restarted. And since then the window from the figure has appeared.

Nothing can be started (Bios, Windows)
I have already tried to bring the BIOS to 2.57, the loading screen with the BIOS update continuously loads up to 100%, then the computer switches off and on again and this process repeats itself over and over again.
Then I turn the computer off again, put the boot block jumper back in its original position and the window reappears with this TPM PPI 0 or o message.
Does somebody has any idea?
I already had the CMOS battery outside and I pressed the Clear CMOS button for 5 seconds.

disconnect all hard drives/usb keys and then reset cmos power back on and you should be able to enter bios and under the security section enable TPM and reboot then try reinstalling windows 10 and if successful, run the win 11 compatibly checker before trying the win 11 upgrade
also from win 10 run the TPM query command "tpm.msc" from a PowerShell or cmd prompt (admin rights)
in the box that shows, look at last line TPM Mfgr Info it should show IFX version number as 2.0 (not 1.2 or nothing)
if not you have workstation model that was made for countries that prohibit crypto functions, these workstations have motherboards that lack the TPM chip you can check using the information printed on the model label of your system

Dear @DGROVES,
thanks for reply. But this is not working for me. I have removed all Hard Drives, all USB, have removed the CMOS over night, have pushed the CMOS-Button for more as 5 seconds.
Nothing, same white screen,
Someone, which have another solution?

Dear DGrovers,
Ok, the error was by me or the manual? A USB with the newest BIOS was attached, and the jumper was correct. But the machine starts again and again. I have waited until the BIOS was flashed, a shutdown was enabled, than a restart and after this restart was a shutdown enabled. At this stage to prevent to flash Bios again, I have turned power of, set the jumper to the original state and then: The BIOS started.
I don't must reinstall Windows. All was fine, After this, I have also TPM 2.0 installed, after a restart, it was not active. I have deleted all TPM-Information under Security and in BIOS, TPM 2.0 must be enabled. All was fine now.
Now, I can wait, until the XEON chips are ready for Win 11 - The check has marked the chips as not conform until now.
Thanks and all the best
N.
