Product: HP ZBook Power 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC (9A662AV)

Dear HP Team,

 

I am experiencing an issue with my HP laptop (Serial Number:<removed due "Do not include the product serial number or any private information">, Product ID: A8WM9PT). While working, the display suddenly turned off. However, the keyboard power indicator remains on.

 

 

I have attached a file for your reference. Kindly look into this matter and advise on the next steps
