Hello, on the driver page for my pc there is no Windows 10 sound drivers, does anyone have a driver or solution?

Hi:

 

Yes, you can use the Audio driver directly from Realtek...select the 64 bit driver that is good for Vista - W10.

I have two 8200 Elite CMT's and the driver worked fine for me on both of them.

 

However, when I upgraded these PC's to W10, W10 installed a generic audio driver that worked so there was sound.

 

If your notebook has no sound, you may have some other issue.
