I logged a case to replace the motherboard for the device with Serial Number: [text omitted to protect user privacy]and Case ID: [text omitted to protect user privacy]on September 19th, 2024.
However, no one has reached out to me, and I have no information regarding the status of this case.
Could someone from HP Service Support please provide an update? What is happening with this case? It raises concerns about why HP continues to sell workstations if adequate support is not provided.
I’ve never encountered such delays with other OEMs. I’ve been following up with HP for over 96 hours with no progress.
At the very least, someone should provide an ETA for the motherboard replacement.
If it takes over 8 days to replace a simple motherboard, how can one trust the reliability of your products?
