when asking for help you must also include the system model number

 

in this case something attempted to modify the windows secure boot loader for the windows OS which was detected and not allowed to happen. if you keep getting this error you almost certainly have some piece of software that is attempting to compromise your system (rootkit/virus/trojan) and i would do a full scan for those pieces of software using several different pieces of software or better yet have a skilled tech look at it and not use it for any critical things like banking or shopping online till you are absolutely sure it's not infected
