I'm trying to check my warranty on a laptop Elitebook. The serial number is not recognized by the HP website to check my warranty. I've tried checking product number as well as serial but every time I get a red message saying "We were unable to match your product based on the information provided". When I tried to contact HP it needed my serial number to get support which still did not work. All I got that I directed onto HP virtual assistant.
