when posting a help request, leaving out critical information such as
(i just upgraded my cpu's to 56xx and now system will not boot)
and just saying my system will no longer boot, makes trying to resolve your problem much much harder!!!
in the future please think before posting and see if you can post a request that containns the needed information
you need a 003 revision to be able to run the 56xx series xeons, while the 001/002 motherboards may be able to boot with one 56xx cpu (or not, it's a crap shoot) trying to run dual 56xx on a non 003 board usually will not work
the 003 motherboards have a diffrent revision chip on the motherboard which allows proper operation with 56xx cpu's

this may or may not be helpfull, but when the system acts like that it's usually down to two the first things listed below
1. failing power supply,.... the stock 850 watt supply is known to have a higher than normal failure rate when it's over 5 years old (this does not apply to the optional 1250 watt unit but can still be the cause)
2. failing part on the motherboard, recomended solution is board replacement. however if you have a really good repair shop that can do surface mount replacement AND you can id the failing part this might be worth doing
3. failing CPU, this is unlikely but remotely possible
Ram,video card, other pci-e cards, Hard Drives will not cause the issue you are describing
if you resolve this please post back so others can benefit.

is this not the problem that i update CPU with Doul X5670 install in as#460838-002 ??? i just found some information that as#460838-002 not support for x56xx only as#460838-003 that is true ? but i bios had been update successfull. after i got solve above i found that all my CPU x5670 and Ram DDR3 ECC 4GB*6 are good coz i had been test with CPU1 slot and full ram slot on cpu1 ready it work well .... but when i install doul x5670 and cpu1 3 of ram and cpu2 3 of ram by the spec and the way to install it work only the frist power on after that still got the higher fan speed sound i think it is come from the cpu fan , my cpu1 goting hoter then cpu2 it is the normal process? .... then when i try to take out the ram just keep cpu1 1ram and cpu2 1ram it can power again after i restart some time working some time not .... now i think it is the power suppy ? or my CPU update problem ? .... if power supply problem can i replace with z820 or z840 powersupply ?
Thank you for your help
