Rarely I know a trick that DGroves does not.....
Do a Google search for "Z600 spare parts" and look at the top few results for the HP page found. HP actually has such a page for many of the workstations. HERE is the result for that page:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01720164
This type of item usually would be found down in the Miscellaneous parts section, and there it might be under "Plastic cosmetic top strip, with handle".... Spare P/N 536605-001. It looks like you need even more than that. Also, there is a second number for virtually each part... the Assembly P/N. That is what is embossed on most of the black plastic parts. The page I showed you only gives the spares p/n as does the HP Parts Surfer site.
Not that this means you can find it for sale (especially at a reasonable price), and maybe there is more that you need. At a certain point it is just not worth it, especially when you can buy a used Z600 for 109.99 USD including shipping.

i don't think you not going to find a part number as the z600 is now 10 years old or thereabouts and HP will not be stocking these parts. you might be able to use the z620 top cover perhaps someone like "SDH" who works on both models can comment

I know the google trick )) I also know secret technic - Google has page 2))) btw, i don`t sure that pack contains top plastic. According to picture it has front plastic with HP emblem and two parts of rear handle. And please don`t tell me about EU or US pricing of Z600 it really some i can`t get, why two way tickets to the EU and all compartment taxes dramatically less then shipping to Russia )) Looks like travelling and locally buying is best solution )

for the z820 it does come with the top and both handles according to this ebay listing so i expect the other z towers are the same, and perhaps i was not clear, i meant that HP would no longer be carrying parts for the z 600 so giving a hp rep a hp part number would not be fruitful ( i wonder when/how hp sells its obsolete inventory off anyone know?)

and for the z600
