all you want to do is confirm both ssd programs show the same link speed so take your pick
i would also try moving the ssd to another 4x or better slot, or just swap the two existing ssd's between slots (if using two pcie ssd cards)

Hello @Duclos_Laurent , do you have tested with your other adaptor??

Hello,
Not tested yet with an other adaptator as I just order today this model
https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07T3K36VZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
NVME tested on desktop PC equiped with a Asus CROSSHAIR VI HERO - X370 motherbard, on the M.2 port :
transfer rate : 1500Mb/s = 187Mo/s so the NVME SSD works well on M.2 port (Silicon Power specification for the A32M80 product)

For me, it is not a very good speed, my MX500 in SATA 2.5 inch can be more speed..

Fanordi, I think you are right as the P32A80 NVME is given for 1600MB/s so 1600Mo/s.
Maybe a defective SSD, I will wait for the new adaptator and if no improvement on transfer rate, return the SSD to supplier

the p32a80 listed speeds of 1600/1000 are for the PCI-E 3.0 bus, the z210 has PCI-E 2.0 so the max speeds will be approx half, in other words 800/500
this SSD is also a "HBA" type of SSD (no onboard dram) so it only works in windows 10 at the rated speeds in other OS's it will be much slower like win 7/8
