Hey there,

 

i cant find Thinpro-Images in the HP-Update Center since the HPDM-Version 5.0.7.

The Problem still exist in the Version 5.0.8. A Installation of 5.0.8.1 in a HyperV didn't change anything.

 

HPDM is running on Windows 2019 Server with PostgreSQL-Database.

The Repository communicate only with HTTPS.

 

Anyone an idea?

Hello,

 

There has been no issues with HPDM 5.0.8. however this issue could be caused if there was some update in your Firewall policies. Please make sure to add the below address to your firewall and test it again. 

ftp://ftp.hp.com

https://ftp.hp.com
https://ftp.ext.hp.com

 

Try to install HP Thin update tool on the Windows Server and check if its able to pull the info:

https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/tcimages/EasyUpdate/Images/ThinUpdateRelease/2_6_22/HPThinUpdate-02.06.22...
