HP Device Manager 5.0.8
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I recently upgraded the HPDM server version from 4.7 to 5.0.8. The templates for some reason did not transfer in the upgrade.

When trying to import a template after updating to HPDM 5.0.8, it says this verbatim "Template cannot be imported because it lacks payload."

I've checked the repository location and all files are still there and checked the repository XML and it is pointed appropriately to the repository location. Not sure what else to do but any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I need to get all these templates imported.

HPDM 4.7 needs to be SP11 or higher for the upgrade to work correctly. I would suggest to install the latest HPDM 4.7 SP13 and then perform the upgrade as per the instructions provided by HP on their YouTube Channel.

Download link for HPDM 4.7 SP13 (only contains the SP files)
