We just upgraded from 4.7 to 5 and the Gateway.exe is failing to start.

Please open explorer, go to the Gateway folder and double click Gateway.exe to check if these is any DLL missing.

Did you try to send PXE task or Gateway service cannot start?

Please attach Gateway.log.
