I am running HPDM 5.0.7. Currently I have T540's and T430's that are running Win10Iot-64 that are on Agent Version 5.0.366.39193. Today, I received some new T550's also running Win10IoT-64, but has a newer Agent, 5.0.3669.40174. I am able to discover them in HPDM, but every time I try to capture an image, update Agent, or apply setting through HPDM, the task fails saying "Agent refused the task because the HPDM Gateway failed to pass the authentication." I'm figuring that it has to do with the new Agent. Is there a way to downgrade the agent to what all my existing Thin Clients are currently on?

it's not due to the agent revision the issue is most likely that the new systems have a different authentication key stored
if possible, try updating the credentials in the HPDM configuration
you can also try deleting the two key files in C:\Windows\xpeagent on the affected systems (backup reg keys First!)

Not sure what you mean by updating the credentials in the HPDM configuration. I did go into Manage Keys and updated the Current Key. That did not seem to work. I also tried deleting the two key files off the Thin Client. I had to stop the agent service in order to delete them, but when I restart the service, it automatically recreated the key files.
Is it possible to export the key from the Thin Client and import it into HPDM?
