HPDM ErrorCode: 34603008 capturing ThinPro image

HPDM 5.0.10 capturing an image does work for current installation of HP t630/t640 ThinPro 8.0

Whatever update I install (Firefox, Citrix, SP) it breaks imaging.

I have the same issue but on a HPT530, just upgraded to HP ThinPro 8 SP6.2, was able to capture images with HP ThinPro 8 SP5.2

What I tried without success:

Clean install HPDM 5.0.10

New database

Imported ThinClients and made an Image.

Same errors.

Except for me and Anstaff no one this issue?

Better: who can tell how to fix?
