Product: HP Device Manager
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
Hello, I upgraded an HPDM 4.7 on Windows 2008R2 to HPDM 5.0 Windows 2019 server.
I followed this tutorial:
HP Device Manager 5.0 Migrating & Upgrading HPDM 4.7 to HPDM 5.0 | HP Computers | HP
but the server doesn't start and in hpdm-server.log I found the following error:
2021-08-02 10:00:58 [main ] INFO Server - HP Device Manager Server Version: 5.0.3610.39001
2021-08-02 10:01:00 [main ] ERROR Server - Init DB failed
Any help?
