Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I have upgraded our single HPDM server from v5.0.11 to 12 and getting an error. “Error connection HPDM Server, HPDM Server may be down…" just trying to sign on the console.
The Device Manager Configuration app indicates ! in the Status column. 

The install was done as an upgrade and using the default settings for automatic, not custom. No errors received during the installation.  The server, database, gateway and console are all on the same VM server running Win 2019 Datacenter. see pics
