I have a HPZ240 Workstartion and would like to installed the Samsung 970 EVO  - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD.

- Will I be able to clone my current SATA drive to Samsung 970 EVO  - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD

- Once I clone it will I be able to boot it from Samsung 970 EVO  - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD after I change the boot option from BIOS?

I am attaching my current SATA details.

yes, please read thedocumentation for whatever cloning program you decide to use

once cloned, you need to enter the bios and change the boot order to SSD first

my job is not to do everything for you... please try things first and then if you are having a problem or question then post and we will try to help

read the docs on the cloning program you choose it will answer your first question

and the second question,..spend 10 min in your bios, and you will most likely see for yourself how to change the setting as it's not that hard to do and there are numerous guides on youtube and through google describing the process

Ok sure... thank you... will implement and get back if there are any questions..
