as i said the white ports next to the 2 blue intel std SATA ports are called the intel "SCU" ports and the correct intel RSTe (enterprise) driver must be installed installing normal RST (non enterprise) drivers will not work as they have no support for the intel c600/602 chipsets "SCU" sata ports v4.6 is the last to support c6xx chipset and is win 7-10 certified

i downloaded the driver from the link you provided and it worked like a charm. Driver was missing that was the issue. the ports are working now and my hdd is showing. thanks so much!
