As far as will a triple fan GPU fit in your case, you'll have to make a simple measurement based on your PC's config:

I would say: probably yes.  However, I personally would look for a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4070 Super option, such as this model: ASUS DUAL RTX 4070 SUPER EVO OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
